Question 1

What is the difference between Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection Film (PPF)?

Accepted Answer

Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a physical, self-healing urethane film that protects against rock chips, deep scratches, and road debris. Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that bonds with the paint to provide a hydrophobic, glossy layer that protects against UV rays, chemical stains, and minor wash marring. For ultimate protection, we recommend applying Ceramic Coating over PPF.

Question 2

How long does a full auto detail take?

Accepted Answer

The time required depends on the condition of the vehicle and the specific package chosen. A standard interior/exterior detail typically takes 3 to 5 hours, while more extensive services like paint correction and ceramic coating can take 1 to 3 days.

Question 3

How long do I need to wait to roll down my windows after tinting?

Accepted Answer

We recommend waiting at least 3 to 5 days before rolling down your windows. This allows the tint adhesive to fully cure and adhere to the glass properly. Rolling them down too soon can cause the film to peel or bubble.

Question 4

How long does Ceramic Coating last?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the package you choose and how well the vehicle is maintained, our ceramic coatings can last anywhere from 1 year to 5+ years. Proper maintenance, including regular hand washing and avoiding automatic car washes with harsh brushes, will extend the life of the coating.

Question 5

Do you offer warranties on our services?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coatings, and Window Tinting all come with manufacturer-backed warranties. The length and terms of the warranty depend on the specific product and package selected. We will provide all warranty details during your consultation.

Question 6

Can you remove deep scratches from my paint?

Accepted Answer

Our paint correction process can remove or significantly reduce the appearance of swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. However, if a scratch is deep enough that you can catch your fingernail in it, it has likely penetrated the clear coat and may require touch-up paint or a body shop repair.

Question 7

How often should I get my car detailed?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a full detail 2 to 3 times a year to maintain the vehicle's condition and protect its value. For daily drivers, a maintenance wash every 2 to 4 weeks is ideal to keep the exterior and interior looking fresh.

Question 8

Do you service vehicles other than cars and trucks?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We offer specialized styling, detailing, and protection services for boats, RVs, campers, motorcycles, and fleet vehicles. Visit our Specialty Vehicles section for more information.
